The base TX 350 comes off the line powered by a turbocharged 2.4-liter four-cylinder engine delivering 275 hp and equipped with an eight-speed automatic transmission. Owners can choose between all-wheel or front-wheel drive. The base model gets an estimated 21 mpg in the city and 27 mpg on the highway. For those wanting max power, the TX 500h F Sport Performance is offered as both premium and luxury trims and steps things up with the addition of a hybrid-assist system delivering 366 hp. The Lexus TX 500h F Sport trims come with a six-speed automatic transmission instead of the eight-speed found in lower trims and all-wheel drive standard. Opting for one of the hybrid trims improves fuel economy to 27 mpg in the city and 28 mpg on the highway.
